Chalston Beach Resort Goa Review

We stayed in this hotel in early 2010 for about 8 days. We found it is overall good hotel with few constraint. The hotel is divided in two sections Main Chalston beach resort and Villa Cecilla. We stayed in the main resort. The location of the hotel is very good. It is between calangute and baga beach, main happening place of north goa. The hotel is right beside the calangute beach. The hotel resturant is beside the beach.

Main Resturant

It's beside the beach. The chalston beach resort resturant is not available for outside people. It's only available for resident of the hotel. The food quality is superb. The hotel provides free breakfast which consists of two bread with butter or jelly, one egg item [omlette, poach, or boiled egg] and a small glass of fruit juice. But, the main attraction of the resturant is night performance by local groups. Each alternative nights there is a performance on western, classical indian songs, bollywood orchestra, goaniz songs by local performers. We have loved the environment after evening. So, much that after couple of days we started to take dinner in chalston resturant only.

The garden

The garden is a nice and big lawn which is very beautiful during morning.

The Rooms

The rooms are kind of ok. Although they are well decorated but the size of the room is not that much. Most of the room is theme decorated with a little refrigerator, freeze. Every room has a garden facing or swimming pool facing balcony.

Most of the people during our staying was not Indian, most particularly from western europian country. Overall our stay at Chalston beach resort was a enjoyable one. Now, lets check the pros and cons of Chalston beach resort [afterall this is a chalston beach resort review] at a glance ->
